Slingers was recently mentioned in Broadcast Now magazine, an industry publication. You can read the full text here.
The best bit is the following:
"Writer Mike Atherton has attracted 3,000 followers on Twitter, where he regularly updates on the production, while Sleepydog’s blog offers behind-the-scenes stories and pictures. Barron is preparing a three-minute teaser, which is likely to debut online."
Some fantastic photos on Flickr, taken by Marc Brennner from the rehearsals and production of Hedda at the Gate Theatre, can be viewed here and here.
Sam Bern from the Dead Cat production, tweeted about a recent camera test, involving Tom which has been uploaded to the Dead Cat website.
The production team are also trying to raise money for the film, so if you feel able to donate anything at all (the price of a cup of tea is much appreciated I believe) then please do so here using the very easy and secure paypal.
The individual episode is available to download on iTunes for £2.99, and the whole of Lewis series three is available to buy on Amazon.
Thanks to Mike Sizemore and Brownlee Brothers updates on their website and twitter, we now know that the film has been accepted for the London Film Festival.
They have also added some background to Slingers along with a couple of new photos of Tom, from The Suicide Brothers and from Slingers.
